3. Account Approval & Credit Terms (“Pay Later”)

Customers approved for credit terms may be granted Net payment conditions (“Pay Later”).

  • Credit approval is required prior to shipment under terms
  • We reserve the right to adjust or revoke credit at any time
  • Late payments may result in account suspension, order holds, or collection actions
  • All invoices must be paid within agreed terms unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon shipment

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise authorized
  • Special order, clearance, or custom items are non-returnable

RETURN POLICY

Returns are only accepted under prior authorization and in accordance with this policy.

This policy applies to all business and wholesale customers.

2. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment back to our facility.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

3. Eligibility

  • Return request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery (typically 7–14 days)

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Condition of Returned Goods

7. Freight Costs

CREDIT POLICY (“PAY LATER”)

We offer credit terms (“Pay Later”) to approved business customers only.

Credit is a privilege, not a right, and is subject to approval and ongoing review.

2. Credit Approval

To qualify for credit terms, customers may be required to provide:

We reserve the right to approve or deny credit at our sole discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Approved customers will receive payment terms as specified on their account (e.g., Net 15, Net 30).

All invoices must be paid in full by the due date stated.

4. Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

  • Holding of future shipments
  • Late fees or interest charges (if applicable by law)
  • Referral to collections agencies

5. Credit Limit

We may assign and adjust credit limits at any time based on payment history and account performance.

6. Order Holds

Orders may be placed on hold if:

  • Account is past due
  • Credit limit is exceeded
  • Account is under review

7. Risk of Non-Payment

All goods remain subject to payment obligations regardless of resale or usage by the buyer.

8. Collections & Legal Action

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue collections and legal remedies. The customer is responsible for all collection costs, including legal fees where permitted by law.
